Goldfrapp

Goldfrapp videos are an excellent place for us to take reference from. They are experimental, quirky and avant guard. They have no real narrative but use a variety of visual effects. I particularly like the "splicing" of Alison and other object- I don't know what the technical term is, when the object splits and multiplies to create a kaleidescope effect? Often blurred with colour added. I'm not very good at analysing the videos as I don't know how to rationally explain them and make sense! I think the easiest thing to do is just watch them...

Strict Machine.

This video is amazing- I can't post it because it belongs to EMI- But please watch..The graphics are insane.
